透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察透明质酸钠对膝骨关节炎（OA）的疗效。方法选择116例膝OA（194个膝关节）进行关节腔内注射SHP，每周1次，连用3周为1个疗程，比较治疗前与治疗后临床症状（关节疼痛、关节肿胀，上下楼及下蹲有无困难）及实验室检查（ESR、CRP、白细胞）结果变化的人数。结果注射治疗后病人的关节肿胀、疼痛、活动受限缓解的人数与治疗前相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；同时治疗后ESR、CRP、白细胞正常化的关节个数与治疗前相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论．SHP缓解关节疼痛，减轻关节肿胀，减少关节功能障碍，是治疗膝OA的有效药物。

An observation of therapeutic effect of hyaluronic sodium on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic sodium product (SHP) on os teoarthritis(OA). Methods 116 cases were diagnosed as OA and 194 knee joints damage caused by OA were treated by intracavitary injection of SHP once a week for three consecutive weeks. The changes of the number of patiens with clinical symptoms (joint pain, swelling of join and with or without difficulty in up and down stairs) and the laboratory test results were compared before and after the treatment. Results It showed that there was a significant difference of the changes of the number of patients with clinical symptoms and laboratory test results before and after the treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion SHP relieves joint pain and lessens the swelling of joint and reduces limitation of knee joint. and is an effective drug for treating OA.
