| 摘 要： | 目的:了解酶法和Jaffe速率法测定血清肌酐结果的定量关系.方法:按各自方法将测得结果进行相关回归分析.结果:酶法和Jaffe速率法测定血清肌酐的回归方程式为Y=0.7X 46.8(Y为Jaffe速率法,X为酶法 ),相关系数r=0.9976.结论:Jaffe速率法和酶法结果不同,两者之间存在恒定偏倚.

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the quantitative relations between the results of creatinine test conducted with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay. Methods: Results were obtained according to the methods and the analysis of regression and correlation was done with the results. Results: The formula Y = 0. 7X + 46. 8 was obtained with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9976 Y and X represent the test results obtained with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay, respectively . Conclusion: the test results obtained with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay are different and a constant bias were present between the two. |
