| 摘 要： | 目的采用薄层色谱联合质谱(TLC-MS)技术检测中药制剂中含有的多种化学药品。方法采用薄层色谱法初筛,利用薄层制备色谱技术将可疑斑点分离后进行质谱检测,并与对照品的质谱图比较确认。结果在一种镇痛中药制剂中同时检测出双氯芬酸钠、曲马多和卡马西平3种化学药品。结论TLC-MS法可以快速、准确地检测出中药制剂中添加的化学药品。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the components illegally mixed in a traditionally Chinese medicine preparation by TLC-MS.METHODS TLC was used to find and separate the components,then the components were detected by MS and the MS spectra were compared with the standard substance.RESULTS Diclofenac sodium,tramadol and carbamazepine in a analgesia traditional Chinese medicine preparation were detected by TLC-MS.CONCLUSION The chemical components added illegally to traditionel Chinese medicine were detected by TLC-MS quickly and exactly. |
