| 摘 要： | 通过介绍面向新药研发的文献数据分析系统建设的详细步骤，为新药研发领域和中药研究领域的文献数据利用提供方法和途径。从疾病入手，通过对临床文献筛选方法、中药有效成分单体筛选方法和中药化学组分配伍方案筛选方法的研究和整合。最终建成面向新药研发的文献数据分析系统。面向新药研发的文献数据分析系统包含内容全面丰富，将很好地支持新药研发和中药现代化研究。

| Abstract: | By introducing detailed steps of set up literature data analysis system for new drug research and development （ R ＆ D）, this paper provided literature data utilization method for traditional Chinese Medicine researchers. First, excellent clinical literature about the disease were obtained through scoring and evaluating literatures. Second, the screening method of active ingredients of Chinese medicine and the combination method of chemistry components of Chinese medicine were put forward. Third, the literature data analysis system for new drug R ＆ D was development and distribution. The literature data analysis system for new drug R ＆ D will support modernization of Chinese medicine research greatly. |
