| 摘 要： | 分光光度法测定阿胶及冰片中铅的含量。采用胶囊增溶，于５４０ｎｍ处测定吸收度，在０．０８～１．６μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围线性关系良好（γ＝０．９９９７），平均回收率９９．９％（ｎ＝６，ＲＳＤ＝０．８５％）。该法灵敏度高，准确性好。
