曲唑酮与帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑对照研究

目的 比较曲唑酮与帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效和安全性. 方法 将66例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为两组,每组33例,研究组口服曲唑酮治疗,对照组口服帕罗西汀治疗,观察6周.于治疗前及治疗6周末采用Hamilton焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应. 结果 治疗后两组Hamilton焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表总分均较治疗前有显著下降（P＜0.01）;治疗6周末,研究组显效率78.79%、有效率96.97%,对照组分别为81.82%、96.97%,两组无显著性差异（P＞0.05）;两组不良反应均轻微,多出现在治疗初期,随着治疗时间的延续均可缓解或消失,无需特殊处理. 结论 曲唑酮治疗广泛性焦虑疗效显著,且与帕罗西汀相当,安全性高,依从性好.

A control study of trazodone vs. paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To compare the efficay and safety of trazodone vs. paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）. Methods Sixty-six GAD patients were randomly assigned to two groups of 33 ones each, research group took orally trazodone and control group did paroxetine for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 6th week. Results After treatment, the total scores of both the HAMA and SAS of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0. 01）; at the end of the 6th week, obvious effective and effective rates were 78.79% and 96.97% in the research and 81.82% and 96.97% in the control group respectively, which showed no significant differences （P〉0. 05） ; adverse reactions of both groups were mild, mainly emerged in the early days of treatment and could relieve or disappear with treatment. Conclusion Trazodone has a significant curative effect equivalent to paroxetine, higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
