| 摘 要： | 目的：研究比较中药配合ENBD治疗梗阻性黄疸的疗效。方法：选择梗阻性黄疸60例，随机分为对照组（30例）和治疗组（30例），对照组采用单纯西药治疗，治疗组同时配合中药治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率（95．3％）明显高于对照组（85．4％），肝功能值接近正常值时间缩短3．95～7．64天，术后第7天，血清总胆红素水平（27．68±4．53）umol／L，明显低于对照组（39．51±5．10）umol／L。结论：在ENBD＋常规护肝退黄治疗上配伍中医药治疗梗阻性黄疸，明显优于单纯ENBD＋常规护肝退黄治疗。
