摘    要:目的:探讨错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达的意义及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测甲状腺乳头状癌67例和结节性甲状腺肿22例组织中hMSH2蛋白的表达情况。结果:67例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中hMSH2蛋白的表达率为91.0%,明显高于36例甲状腺乳头状癌癌旁结节性甲状腺肿的41.7%(χ2=31.91,P<0.01)和22例结节性甲状腺肿的22.7%(χ2=43.23,P<0.01)。hMSH2蛋白的表达与患者的年龄和性别无关(P>0.05),在有淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌组织中hMSH2蛋白的表达(100%)高于无淋巴结转移组(85.7%),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.010,P>0.05)。结论:hMSH2蛋白的高表达可能是间接反映甲状腺癌发生发展的一个早期标志。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the significance of expression of DNA mismatch repair protein (hMSH2) and the relationship between hMSH2 and the clinical pathology-parameter in papillary thyroid carcinoma. METHODS: Teh immunohistochemistry S P method was used to detect the expression of hMSH2 in 67 papillary thyroid carcinomas and 22 nodular goiter tissues. RESULTS: The positive expression rate of hMSH2 in the papillary thyroid carcinoma group(91.0%) was significantly higher than that in the papillary thyroid carcinoma group with lateral nodular goiter(41.7%), P<0.01 and that in the nodular goiter tissue group(22.7%), P<0.01. The expression rate of hMSH2 was not related to the age and the sex of the patients (P>0.05).The positive expression rate of hMSH2 in the papillary thyroid carcinoma group with the lymph node metastasis (100.0%) was higher than that in the papillary thyroid carcinoma group with the non-lymph node metastasis (85.7%), P>0.05. CONCLUSION: Up-regulative expression of hMSH2 may play an important role in early period of papillary thyroid carcinogenesis.
