| 摘 要： | 本实验用兔耳静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素复制发热模型,将动物分为实验组和对照组,实验组给内毒素后20分钟在百会穴施以电针,结果按性别分别统计处理。雌兔实验组体温上升受到明显抑制,比较实验组及对照组的发热高峰、体温反应指数和发热反应的潜伏期,其差异性显著。雄兔实验组的发热高峰和体温反应指数均低于对照组,实验组发热反应的潜伏期比对照组时间延长,但其差异性均不显著。

| Abstract: | Large intestine bacillus endotoxin was intravenously injected into 90 white big ear rabbits to induce fever. Twenty minutes after injection electric acupuno-cture was done on the experimental and control group animals. Rise of temperature in caperimental female rabbits was obviously inhibited, the fever peak and tethe mperature response index (TRI)were markedly lower and the fever incubation period was markedly longer than that of the controlled group animals, with marked statistical significance. In the experimental male animals, although these indices were also lower and longer than that of the controlled group animals, but with no statistical significance. |
