| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响重型颅脑外伤术后并发脑梗塞的相关因素及防治方法。方法总结1990年1月至2002年1月收治的64例颅脑外伤术后并发脑梗塞的临床经验。结果出院时按GOS评价：良好43例，中残10例，曹残6例，植物2例；死亡3例。结论正确认识重型颅脑外伤术后并发脑梗塞的发生原凶、及时手术、术后正确地治疗．可有效地减少和减轻术后脑梗塞的发生，提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relative factors and the therapeutic and the preventive methods of cerebral infarction complicated with severe brain injuries after operation. Methods 64 cases with severe brain injuries after operation and with complication of cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 1990 to January 2002 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among all cases evaluated with GOS at their discharge, 43 were satisfactorily recovered, 10 came out with moderate disability, 6 severe disability, 1 vegetable, 3 dead. Conclusion Accurate diagnosis, prompt surgical operation and effective therapy can reduce and relieve the risks of postoperational cerebral infarction, and therefore improve the prognosis. |
