| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨螺旋CT不同的扫描方法对胃癌分期的价值。方法 :对 2 3 2例进展期胃癌进行螺旋CT增强扫描 ,其中门静脉单期增强 84例 ,三期增强 96例 ,人工气腹法螺旋CT增强 (SCTPP ) 5 2例。结果 :门静脉单期增强、三期增强和SCTPP对进展期胃癌TNM分期准确性分别为 75 .0 %、82 .3 %和 96.2 %。结论 :螺旋CT三期增强是胃癌术前分期的首选检查方法 ,对部分胃癌分期困难的病人可选用SCTPP ,术后复查可选用螺旋CT门静脉单期增强

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the value of the staging of gastric carcinoma with different spiral CT methods.Methods: 232 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were preoperatively imaged by incremental spiral CT, among them, venous phase incremental in 84 patients, triphase incremental in 96 patient, induced pneumoperitoneum in Spiral CT (SCTPP) in 52 patients.Results: TNM staging accuracies of gastric carcinoma with venous-phase incremental, triphase incremental and SCTPP were 75.0%,82.3% and 96.2%, respectively.Conclusion: To determine the preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma , firstly selects triphase incremented spiral CT;if it still cannot accurately evaluate, SCTPP can be selected; afteroperative countercheck firstly selects diphase incremented helical CT. |
