| 摘 要： | 目的：研究下肢深静脉血栓患者血液流变学指标的变化。方法：对40例下肢深静脉血栓患者和50例正常对照者分别进行血液流变学指标的检测。结果：下肢深静脉血栓患者组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、全血低切还原粘度、血沉方程K值、红细胞聚集指数及全血低切相对粘度与正常组对照，均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：下肢深静脉血栓患者存在明显的血液流变学改变和微循环障碍。提示治疗过程中，可采用抗凝、活血化淤方法改善血液流变学、降低血液粘度；并将血液流变学指标作为监测病程、判断预后、指导用药的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the changes of hemorheological parameters in patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Method: Hemorheological parameters were determined in 40 cases of DVT and 50 cases of normal controls.Results: Compared with the normal controls,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,ESR,reduced viscosity and relative viscosity in low shear rate,ESR with K value and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with DVT all have significant difference.Conclusion: There were obvious hemorheological changes and microcirculation disorder in patients with DVT.Thus,it is logical for the treatment using vasodilation to improve pancreatic microcirculation and taking the hemorheology as the important index in the monitoring of the disease course,and the judgment of prognosis or the guidance for the use of medicines. |
