RUNX3、Bcl-2和bax蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨大肠癌组织中RUNX3、Bcl-2和bax蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测86例大肠癌、38例不典型增生、40例大肠腺瘤中RUNX3、Bcl-2和bax蛋白的表达。结果RUNX3和bax在大肠癌中的阳性表达率分别为28.63%和34.27%,明显低于在不典型增生(86.25%和84.8%)及大肠腺瘤(82.65%和88.34%)中的表达率(P〈0.05)。大肠癌中Bcl-2的表达率(71.47%)明显高于良性病变中表达。RUNX3和bax蛋白表达与大肠癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关。bax蛋白表达与病理分级呈负相关,Bcl-2蛋白表达与病理分级呈正相关。大肠癌组织RUNX3阳性细胞率与bax蛋白表达呈正相关(P〈0.01),与Bcl-2蛋白表达呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论RUNX3、Bcl-2和bax蛋白在大肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of RUNX3, Bcl-2 and bax proteins in tissues of carcinoma of large intestine. Methods Expressions of RUNX3, Bcl-2 and bax proteins were detected in 86 cases of carcinomas of large intestine, 38 cases of atypical hyperplasias and 40 cases of adenoma of large intestine by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of RUNX3 and bax in carcinoma of large intestine were 28.63% and 34.27% respectively, which were significantly lower than that in atypical hyperplasia (86. 25% and 84.8% ) and adenoma of large intestine (82.65% and 88.34% ) (P 〈0.05). The expression rate of Bcl-2 in the carcinoma of large intestine (71.47%) was significantly higher than that in benign lesions. The expressions of RUNX3 and bax proteins were negatively correlated with the clinical stages and lymph nodes metastasis. The expression of bax protein was negatively correlated with grades of the pathological classification, whereas the expression of Bcl-2 protein was positively correlated with them. The positive cellular rate of RUNX3 was positively correlated with the expression of bax prorein (P 〈 0.01 ) and negatively correlated with the expression of Bcl-2 protein (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion RUNX3, 2 and bax proteins play important roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of carcinoma of large intestine.
