银杏达莫注射液的工艺研究

摘    要:目的 通过多次小试研究,确定配制银杏达莫注射液的处方工艺,掌握配制的方法和需注意问题。方法 使用制药常用的辅料,通过溶剂的选择,达到溶解药物的目的;助溶剂首先考虑使吐温-80,从安全角度,取小的用量;对枸橼酸用量进行了优化,确定其合适用量;为改善药液澄明度,加入一定量活性炭吸附杂质。实验材料:银杏叶提取物,双嘧达莫,枸橼酸,活性炭均为药用。仪器为酸度计,所用水为注射用水。结果 通过处方筛选,确定了银杏达莫注射液的处方为:银杏叶提取物4g;双嘧达莫0.4g;枸橼酸4g;吐温803g;活性炭0.3g;注射用水加至1000ml。结论 所选的处方与配制方法可以制成注射液,工艺可行。

Abstract:Objective To select formulation for Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole injection.Methods Use the commonly auxiliary materials of pharmacy, through the choice of the solvent, achieving the goal of dissolving the medicine; Helping solvent is that it make Twain 80 to consider at first , from the safe angle, add alittle; Citric acid need a reasonable amount; For improving quality, adding a certain amount active charcoal absorb impurity.Results The optimal formulation and technoiogy were as follows: Ginkgo Leaf Extract 4g; Dipyridamole 0.4g; Citric acid 4g;Tween80 3g; Active charcoal 0.3g;Water for injection add to 1000ml. Conclusion The formulation and method were suitable to preparation injection, the craft is feasible.
