短期心理干预对围手术期剖宫产患者抑郁焦虑状况的影响

目的:探讨短期心理干预对围手术期剖宫产患者抑郁焦虑状况的影响。方法:将60例足月妊娠剖宫产患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例;研究组在行常规剖宫产术的基础上,分别在术前3天、1天和术后1天进行3次心理干预,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定心理干预前、后的抑郁焦虑状况,并与对照组进行相应的比较。结果:心理干预前两组SDS和SAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),而心理干预后两组评分均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:短期心理干预可显著改善围手术期剖宫产患者的抑郁焦虑状况。

Effects of brief psychological intervention ondepression and anxiety of women with cesarean section

Objective:To evaluate the effects of brief psychological intervention on depression and anxiety of women with cesarean section.Methods:Sixty parturients at term were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group(n=30,treated with cesarean section companying brief psychological intervention) and control group(n=30,only cesarean section).Two groups were assessed with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) before and after psychological intervention.Results:Before psychological intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the SDS and SAS between the two groups(P>0.05);after psychological intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of the SDS and SAS(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brief psychological therapy in perioperative can improve the depressive and anxious emotions of women with cesarean section.
