通心络胶囊治疗X综合征伴冠状动脉血流储备异常患者的临床研究

目的比较通心络胶囊和美托洛尔对伴有冠状动脉血流储备降低心脏X综合征患者的疗效。方法114例心脏X综合征冠状动脉血流储备减低患者,随机分为通心络胶囊组72例,美托洛尔对照组72例。随访治疗3个月后的临床情况,并复查平板运动试验。结果治疗后2组平板运动试验到达终点时间明显延长(P<0.05),通心络胶囊组(7.6min±1.6min)优于美托洛尔对照组(6.1min±1.7min)(P均<0.05)。通心络胶囊组治疗后平板运动试验阳性(治疗前后分别为72例和26例)显著减少(P<0.01),美托洛尔对照组(治疗前后分别为72例和32例)亦减少(P<0.05),2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能提高心脏X综合征患者的运动耐量,且较美托洛尔更为有效。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with cadiac X-syndrome complicated by abnormality of coronary artery flow reserve

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with cadiac X-syndrome complicated with abnormality of coronary artery flow reserve(CFR).Methods 114 patients with cadiac X-syndrome complicated by abnormality of coronary artery flow reserve were randomly divided into Tongxinluo group(n=72)and metoprolol group(n=72).The patients' clinical symptoms were followed up after 3-month treatment and treadmill test was reexamined.Results The time of termination of treadmill test in both groups was prolonged obviously after treatment,which was(7.6±1.6)min and(5.4±1.5)min in Tongxinluo group,(6.1±1.7)min and(5.3±1.3)min in metoprolol group(P<0.05).In Tongxinluo group,the numbers of patents with chest pain were 72 cases and 14 cases(before and after treatment,P<0.01),the positive numbers of treadmill test were 72 cases and 26 cases(before and after treatment,P<0.01),and both were significantly decreased.Conclusion Tongxinluo could increase the exercise tolerance in patients with cadiac X-syndrome complicated by abnormality of coronary artery flow reserve,which is superior to that of metoprolol.
