| 摘 要： | 目的建立更昔洛韦乳膏含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定更昔洛韦的含量。结果更昔洛韦在2-32 mg.L^-1浓度范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0675C＋0.0035,r=0.9 999;平均回收率为99.06%,RSD为0.99%（n=5）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于更昔洛韦乳膏的快速分析。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for the determination of compound ganciclovir cream.Methods The content of ganciclovir was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Results A good linear relationship was found in the ganciclovir concentrations ranging from 2 mg·L-1 to 32 mg·L-1.The regression equation was A=0.0675C＋0.0035 with r of 0.9 999.The recovery of ganciclovir was 99.06%（RSD 0.99%,n=5）.Conclusion This method was simple,rapid and accurate,thus can be applied to the fast analysis of such preparation in hospitals. |
