超声对腹腔脏器棘球蚴病继发感染诊断分型的临床意义

目的探讨二维超声检查对棘球蚴病继发感染分型的诊断价值。方法利用二维超声对73例棘球蚴病患者进行检测，并对其声像图特点进行总结，按超声表现对其分型和对比。结果本组73例术前超声诊断与术后确诊为棘球蚴病继发感染者，以声像图特点将其分型，内囊分离型40例；混合型29例；实变型1例；钙化型3例。结论二维超声检查是诊断棘球蚴病继发感染的可靠有效方法，能客观显示本病的病理改变，有助于本病的分型诊断。

Clinical Ultrasonographic Significance for Diagnosis and Typing of Abdominal Visceral Hydatidosis with Secondary Infection

Objective To discuss the clinical value of diagnosis and typing of hydatidosis with secondary infection with two-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods A total of 73 cases with hydatidosis were detected with two-dimensional ultrasound and the features on the sonograms were analysed,compared and typed.Results The 73 cases were diagnosed as hydatidosis with secondary infection preoperatively on sonography and confirmed postoperatively.According to the ultrasonographic features,they were typed as follows:inner capsule detached type (40 cases);solidified(1 case);mixed(cystic and solidified,29 cases);calcified (3 cases). Conclusions Two- dimensional ultrasonic examination is an essential and effective method for diagnosing hydatidosis with secondary infection.It can objectively display the pathological changes of secondary infection of hydatidosis for typing.
