| 摘 要： | 本文采用双标记花环形成法观察了人外周血淋巴细胞各组份的辐射效应及雌二醇对离体淋巴细胞亚群的辐射防护作用,结果表明,淋巴细胞各亚群及T细胞亚组对电离辐射的敏感性不一致,其趋势与文献报道一致。但是在离体淋巴细胞悬液中预先加入雌二醇(1.13×10~(-11)mol/L)可防止1～8GyX射线照射所致的淋巴细胞各亚群亚组百分数的变化。提示,雌二醇的预先作用可能有效地防止大剂量电离辐射对淋巴细胞的损伤作用。

| Abstract: | Double rosette-forming assay was used to observe the radiation effects on human peripheral blood lymphocytic subpopulations in vitro, and the radiopro-tective effect of estradiol on them. The reaction of different subsets to ionizing radiation was found to be essentially the same as that reported in the literature. The addition of estradiol(1.43×10-11mol)to the lymphocytic suspension prior to irradiation to 1 to 8 Gy X-rays successfully prevented from the changes in percentage of all lymphocytic subpopulations. |
