| 摘 要： | 目的探讨莪术油（zedoary turmeric oil）对体外培养胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖及诱导凋亡的作用。方法胃癌SGC-7901细胞经常规培养，给予不同浓度的莪术油处理，观察细胞生长情况，MMT比色法检测细胞增殖，计算抑制率；流式细胞技术检测SGC-7901细胞的凋亡，并计算凋亡指数。结果莪术油对SGC-7901细胞增殖的抑制率随浓度的增加而增高（P〈0．01），莪术油诱导SGC-7901细胞凋亡率较对照组显著增加（P〈0．01）。结论莪术油在体外可以抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖，促进细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Effect of zedoary turmeric oil on proliferation and apoptosis of human Gastric csncer cell line SGC-7901.Methods human Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was cultured routinely and treated by zedoary turmeric oil in different concentrations.The cell growth was detected by MTT method;Apoptotic rate were determined by flow cytometry.Results zedoary turmeric oil effectively inhibited the growth of SGC-7901 in a concentration-dependent manner(P<0.01),Compared with the control group,the cell apoptotic rates of the treated group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Zedoary turmeric oil inhibits the proliferation and induces the apoptosis of SGC-7901. |
