摘 要: | 目的 阐述3D打印PEEK材料置入后随访的CT特征及改变。方法 回顾性分析2020年2月至2021年6月间骨肿瘤患者行瘤段切除3D打印PEEK材料假体置入后的CT图像10例,通过多平面重组观察、测量CT值等方法分析假体形态、密度改变及假体-骨界面的情况。结果 10例假体均未发生变形及折断,各个假体与骨接触面密度均无较大改变,残留骨与假体接触面发生不同程度骨质吸收。10例中有5例残留骨表面出现骨膜新生骨,2例出现感染,1例出现脱位表现。均未见肿瘤复发征象。结论 CT可以评估假体的位置、形态、密度改变及与自体骨间关系,可以发现相应的并发症,是这类手术患者术后首选的随访方法。

CT features of 3D printed PEEK prosthesis implantation: 10 cases of bone tumor patients |

Abstract: | Objective To describe the CT features and changes in follow-up after 3D printing PEEK material implantation.Methods By retrospectively analyzing 10 cases of CT images of 3D printed PEEK material prosthesis implanted in bone tumor patients from February 2020 to June 2021 after tumor segment resection, we analyzed the prosthesis morphology, density changes and the prosthesis-bone interface through multi-planar reconstruction observation and measurement of CT values.Results None of the 10 prostheses were deformed or broken, the density of the contact surface between each prosthesis and the bone did not change significantly, and the contact surface between the residual bone and the prosthesis had different degrees of bone resorption. Of the 10 cases, 5 cases of residual bone surface showed periosteal new bone, 2 cases showed infection, and 1 case showed dislocation. There were no signs of tumor recurrence.Conclusion CT can evaluate the position, shape, density changes of the prosthesis and the relationship with the autogenous bone, and can find the corresponding complications. It is the preferred follow-up method for patients with this kind of surgery. |
