非接触锁定钢板（NCB）结合MotionLoc螺钉内固定治疗股骨下段骨折31例

目的 探讨NCB锁定钢板结合MotionLoc螺钉治疗股骨下段骨折的手术方法和效果。方法 分析2017年12月至2021年2月共31例股骨下段骨折患者资料，应用NCB锁定钢板结合MotionLoc螺钉微创治疗，其中男20例，女11例，年龄22 ～ 77岁，平均44岁，骨折按AO分型标准：A1型2例，A2型4例，A3型8例，C1型3例，C2型6例，C3型8例。结果 本组31例患者均获得至少6个月随访，随访时间6 ～ 26个月，平均15.4个月，均获骨性愈合，平均愈合时间12.8周（9 ～ 21）周，完全负重时间16.4周（12 ～ 24）周。膝关节功能按Kolment评分标准：优23例，良6例，可2例，差0例，优良率93.5%。结论 遵循MIPPO技术及原则，采用MotionLoc螺钉结合NCB钢板内固定能更好地适用于股骨下段骨折，结合术后合理的康复计划，骨折愈合后参照Kolmert标准评定患肢膝关节功能优良率93.5%，可以获得比较满意疗效。

Treatment of 31 cases of distal femoral fracture with non-contact locking plate (NCB) and MotionLoc screw internal fixation

Objective To explore the method and curative effect of using NCB bridging locking plate and MotionLoc screw to treat distal femoral fractures by the way of minimally invasive.Methods The treatment of 32 patients of distal femoral fractures by using Zimmer NCB bridging locking plate and MotionLoc screw was performed from December 2017 to February 2021. There were 20 males and 11 females; their age ranged from 22 to 77 years old, averaging 44 years old. AO classification: A1 type in 2 cases, A2 type in 4 cases, A3 type in 8 cases, C1 type in 3 cases, C2 type in 6 cases,C3 type in 8 cases.Results All 31 patients were followed up for at least 6 months, with an average follow-up of 15.4 months (ranged from 6 to 26 months). All fractures get bone union, the average healing time was 12.8 weeks (9-21 weeks), and the average full weight time was 16.4 weeks (12-24 weeks). According to Kolmert distal femur functional assessment, distal femur function was excellent in 23 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 2 cases and none poor case, the excellent and good rate was 93.5%.Conclusion According to the MIPPO technique and principle, MotionLoc screw combined with NCB plate internal fixation can be better applied to the fracture of distal femur. Combination of reasonable postoperative rehabilitation program, after fracture healing, knee joint function was 93.5% when adopting Kolmert standard evaluation of limb, and the satisfactory results have been achieved.
