摘    要:腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症等腰椎退行性疾病是临床上引发患者腰腿痛的常见病因,腰椎融合术是腰椎退行性疾病保守治疗无效后的常见手段.但脊椎融合术对患者创伤大,且易致融合节段畸形、疼痛、螺钉断裂、再手术率高、加速邻近节段退变等问题,这些问题迫使研究者们去探寻其他的治疗手段,非融合动态固定系统是大家目前研究较为广泛的一种替代...

Abstract:Lumbar degenerative diseases such as intervertebral disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis are common causes of low back pain. Lumbar fusion is a common method after conservative treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases being ineffective. However, spinal fusion is traumatic to patients, and it is easy to cause fusion segment deformity, pain, screw fracture, high reoperation rate, accelerated adjacent segment degeneration and so on. These problems force researchers to explore other treatment methods. Non-fusion dynamic fixation system is a widely studied alternative treatment. Pedicle dynamic fixation system and interspinous process distraction system are common dynamic fixation systems. In recent years, good results have been achieved in clinical application. This paper reviews the biomechanics, clinical efficacy, advantages and limitations of Isobar TTL system, Dynesys system, K.Rod system, Coflex system, X-STOP system and Rocker system in the treatment of degenerative lumbar diseases.
