摘    要:神经损害是麻风的主要临床表现之一,是导致麻风患者畸残与毁形的主要原因。当前对外周神经损失程度及范围的确定仍旧依靠传导检查、冷热水感知测试和神经触诊等传统检查技术,敏感度差,现代影像学技术的发展为麻风外周神经损害的诊断提供了有效工具,本文将综述近年来X线、MRI、超声等先进影像学技术在麻风病外周神经损伤诊断、治疗等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Nerve damage is one of the main clinical manifestations of leprosy, which can result in disability and disfigurement in leprosy patients. Currently, the extent and scope of peripheral nerve damage depend on the traditional inspection techniques such as conduction examination, hot and cold water perception test and nerve palpation. The sensitivity of these methods is poor. Development\ of modern imaging technology provides an effective tool for the diagnosis of peripheral nerve damage in leprosy. In this paper, the research progress of X-ray, MRI, ultrasound and other advanced imaging techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerve injury in leprosy are reviewed.
