梅毒螺旋体黏附相关蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:梅毒螺旋体(TP)为胞外致病菌,具有强大的组织侵袭能力,不仅能在机体内广泛播散,还能穿透人体多种生理屏障,TP在感染过程中与宿主细胞的黏附,有赖于细菌表面黏附蛋白的存在,近年来相继发现了多种具有黏附功能的TP蛋白质,对其功能和结构的研究也取得了一些进展,本文将对其中几种重要的黏附蛋白进行综述。

Abstract:T.pallidum (TP) is an extracellular pathogen with the strong capability of tissue invasion. TP is not only able to spread widely in the body, but penetrate a variety of physiological barriers of the human body. The adhesion of TP to host cells depends on the presence of bacterial surface adhesion proteins. In recent years, kinds of TP adhesion proteins (including the functions and structures of them) have been found and studied. In this paper, several important adhesion proteins are reviewed.
