新鲜羊膜移植在眼表重建中的应用

目的：研究新鲜羊膜移植在重建眼表中的作用。方法：角膜溃疡26例、26眼，复发性翼状胬肉18例，结膜肿物切除6例，化学伤及热灼伤10例、12眼，行新鲜羊膜移植术。结果：22眼角膜溃疡术后15d内溃疡愈合，4眼行再次移植术后溃疡愈合，余者术后羊膜未见溶解。结论：新鲜羊膜移植可用于重建角膜、结膜表面，减轻炎症反应，减少新生血管形成，抑制纤维组织增生，能用于重建眼表。

Fresh amnion transplantation in reconstruction of the corneal surface function

Objective:To study the effect of fresh amnion transplantation in corneal surface reconstruction.Method:26 cases with corneal ulcer(26 eyes),18 cases with recurrent pterygium,6 cases with conjunctiva tumor,10 cases (12 eyes)with chemical and thermar burn were undergone fresh amnion transplantation.Result:Of the 26 eyes ,22 eyes were healed up in 15 days after treatment and the other 4 eyes were healed up after the second transplantation.Amnion dissolution were not found in other eyes.Conclusion:Fresh amnion transplantation is an effect surgical method for reconstruction of ocular surface,it can effectively reconstruct cornea surface,relieve the inflammation reaction,reduce the growth of blood vessel and inhibit the proliferation of fibre organization.
