| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芬太尼、咪达唑仑、丙泊酚联合用于静脉麻醉诱导和维持过程中对重量指标的影响。方法：对60例不同手术患者采用芬太尼、咪达唑仑、丙泊酚诱导，静脉持续输注咪达唑仑、丙泊酚，间断注射芬太尼与维库溴铵维持静脉复合麻醉，持续监测ECG，BP，HR，SpO2，PetCO2。结果：血流动力学指标变化不大，生理反应平稳，无并发症。结论：全凭静脉复合麻醉适用于各类外科手术的麻醉要求。

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the influence of combining fentanyl, midazolam and propofol for induction and maintenance in intravenous anesthesia on physiological indices of surgical patients. METHODS 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia were induced with fentanyl, midazolam and propofol, then maintained by combining infusion of these drugs and by intermittent injection of vecuronium and fentanyl. ECG, BP, HR, SpO 2, and P ET CO 2 were monitored during the anesthesia . RESULTS The indices of hemodynamics were stable. Physiological responses were stable and no compliction was observed. CONCLUSION The total intravenous anesthesia fits the need of all kinds of surgeries. |
