| 摘 要： | 目的考察三种不同质地木瓜中多糖含量，为木瓜的临床合理应用和质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用苯酚-浓硫酸法显色，利用紫外分光光度法测定不同质地木瓜中多糖的含量。结果当年木瓜的多糖含量为5．7％，隔年木瓜的多糖含量为5．0％，陈年木瓜的多糖含量为5．1％。当年木瓜多糖含量稍高于隔年木瓜和陈年木瓜。结论该测定方法操作简单，重复性好，结果准确可靠，可用于木瓜多糖的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To determine polysaccharide Contents in chaenomeles speciosa （Sweet） Nakai with three different textures. Methods The UV speetrophotometry was used to determine polysaeeharide in Chaenorneles speciosa （Sweet） Nakai. Result The content of polysaeeharide in Chaenomeles speciosa （Sweet） Nakai with three different textures was 5.7% ,5.0% and 5.1%. Conclusion This method is simple reproducible. The results is accurate and reliable. |
