丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法将106例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组的临床显效率和总有效率分别为62．3％和94．3％，均显著优于对照组的37．7％和77．4％（P均〈0．05）。治疗组的心电图显效率和总有效率分别为50．9％和81．1％，与对照组（分别为28．3％和60．4％）比较也有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。未见明显不良反应。结论丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。

Effect observation on Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris and its safety. Methods 106 cases with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Two groups receiving regular drugs, moreover, the treatment group treated with intravenously Danhong injection. Results The clinical improving rate and the total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than those of control group （62.3 % vs 37.7% , 94. 3% vs 77.4%, respectively, two P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ECG improving rate and the total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than those of control group（ 50. 9% vs 28.3 % , 81.1% vs 60. 4% , respectively, two P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups had few side reaction occurred. Conclusion Danhong injection is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
