摘    要:目的:用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测焦虑症患者的脑血流动力学指标,并与正常人比较,从而评价焦虑情绪与脑血流变化的关系。方法:对入组的43例患者用TCD检测椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的收缩期最大血流速度(Vs)、舒张期最大血流速度(Vd)和峰值平均血流速度(Vm)。结果:焦虑症患者椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的收缩期最大血流速度(Vs)与峰值平均血流速度(Vm)较对照组增高。结论:焦虑情绪引起脑血流速度增加。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the relationship between anxiety and the changes of intracranial hemodynamics with transcranial color-coded duplex sonography(TCD).Methods: 43 patients with anxiety(male 17,female 26;mean age 37 years±7.1 years) bwtween May 2007 and Jun,2008 in our hospital were collected in this study and the maximal systolic velocity(Vs)、maximal diastolic velocity(Vd) and maximal mean velocity(Vm) in vertex artery(VA) and basal artery(BA) were measured by TCD.The results were compared between
anxiety and the changes of intracranial hemodynamics. Results:The level of Vs and Vm in VA and BA were increased significandy as compared with those of the control group. Conclusions:Anxiety results in increase of intracranial artery velocity.
