| 摘 要： | 目的测定叶下珠片中有效成分没食子酸的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC法。结果叶下珠片中没食子酸的平均含量为每片4．52mg，平均加样回收率为96．5％，RSD=0．6％(n=6)。结论所建方法简单、准确、无干扰，质量可控。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the gallic acid contents in Yexiazhu tablets.METHODS RP-HPLC was used to determine the gallic acid.RESULTS The average content of tablets was 4.52 mg and the average recovery was 96.5% with RSD of 0.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and without interference.It could be used for the determination of gallic acid contens in Yexiazhu tablets. |
