| 摘 要： | 7 例喉癌患者行喉次全切除颈双侧皮瓣一期整复术。1 例因其它疾患在术后数月死亡,生存4年以上者2例,3年以上者2例,1年以上者2例。除死亡的1例仅恢复良好发音、吞咽保护功能外,余皆恢复了喉的全部功能。此术式可切除90%的喉组织,且能恢复喉的全部或部分功能,值得推广。

| Abstract: | To restore laryngeal functions,about 90 per cent of larynx can be excised by frontal subtotal laryngectomy and reconstructed with adjacent skin flaps of neck.It is best suitable for removal of anterior commissure tumour ex- tending to both vocal cords without involving vocal process.If tumour extends superiorly to superglottis and/or inferiorly to subglottis without involving post- erior larynx,it allows a sufficient safety margin and even indicates to tumour extending to one aryntenoid.7 cases treated with this technique except one have laryngeal function restored completely.Six are living and well while one died of other causes.Indications,contra-indications,surgical procedure and rele- vant problems are discussed. |
