乳腺癌术后双管引流加弹性包扎82例疗效观察

摘    要:目的寻求一种更好的乳腺癌术后切口处理方法,以降低术后皮下积漉、皮辩坏死的发生率。方法将2003--2005年在我院行标准根泊术或改良根治术的168倒乳腺癌患者随机分成二组,时照组86例患者采用传统的腋下单管引流和普通堋带加压包扎,观察蛆82例患者采用腋下、肋下双管引流度弹性蝴带加压包扎。结粜时照组中有18例发生皮下积液(21%),11例发生皮辩坏死(13%);规察组中5例发生皮下积液(6%),6例发生皮瓣坏死(7%)。二组比较差异有统计学意义。结论扎腺癌术后采用腋下、肋下双管引流及弹性堋带加压包扎能降低术后并发症的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate a better management in order to reduce complications of hypodermic hydrops and skin flap necrosis after mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 168 patients were analysed retrospectively from 2003 to 2005, who underwent radical or modified mastectomy. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. In control group, 86 patients received one tubular drainage set in subaxillaris and bound with traditional bandage. In experimental group, 82 patients received two tubular drainage set individually in subcostalis and subaxillaris and bound with elastic bandage. Rusults 18 cases occurred hypodermic hydrops and 11 cases occurred skin flap necrosis in the control group. On the contrary, only 5 cases occurred hypodermic hydrops and 6 cases occurred skin flap necrosis in the experimental group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The method of two tubular drainage set individually combining bound with elastic bandage is of much effective and helpful for reducing the postoperative complications after mastectomy.
