705例精神病患者HBV感染调查

研究目的研究精神病患者HBV感染状况。研究设计调查并检测705例精神病患者HBV感染的血清学标志,并与287例医院职工的检测结果对比分析。研究单位附属精神病医院研究对象住院的精神病患者705例(精神分裂症667例,躁郁症38例)和医院职工287例。处理方法对705例精神病患者和287名医院职工分别抽取静脉血,用固象酶联免疫吸附法测定HBV感染的血清学标志。测定结果 HBV总感染率患者高于职工(P<0.01),精神病患者抗—HB_J及抗—HB_c阳性率女性高于男性。HB_sA_g阳性者中,患者 HB_eAg阳性率高于职工(P<0.01)。结论精神病患者HBV感染率高于医院职工,为防止院内交叉感染,对HB_sAg及HB_eAg阳性者应隔离治疗。

THE INVESTIGATION OF HBV INFECTION IN 705 PATIENTS WITH MENTAL DISORDERS

Study Objective To determine the HBV infection condition of patients with mental disorders. Design The serum markers of HBV infection A 705 patients with mental disorders were investigated and determined, and the determinative results was compared with the results of 287 hospital staff members. Setting Affiliated Mental Hospital. Patients and Other Participants 705 in--patients with mental disorders (667 cases of schizophrenosis, 38 cases of manic--depressive ) and 287 healthy hospital staff members were included in the study. Intervntions The venous blood of patients with mental disorders and 278 healthy hospital staff members were drawn respectively. The serum markers of HBV iinfection were determined by ELISA. Results The total infection rate of HBV in patients is higher than that of healthy hos- pital staff members (P<0.01) .The positive rate of anti--HBs and anti--HBc of the female is higher than that of male in patients with mental disorders.Of HBsAg positive, the posi- tive rate of HBeAg of patients is higher than that of hospital staff members (P<0.01). Conclusions The HBV infection rate of patients with mental disorders is significantly higher than that of healthy hospital staff members. To prevent the cross infection in hospital, the patients with HBsAg and HBeAg bipositive should be isolated for treatment.
