| 摘 要： | 本文旨在研究左旋咪唑(Levamisole)对食管癌的预防作用。食管癌前病变是食管癌发病过程中的必经阶段,防治食管癌前病变是预防食管癌的重要措施。Wistar大鼠82只,用甲基戊基亚硝胺(N—methyi—N—amylnitrosamine,简称MANA)诱发食管上皮增生,经105天实验显示左旋咪唑(每天10mg/kg,6次/周)具有与太洛龙相似的抑制食管癌前病变作用,并降低血清中MANA的含量。但是,左旋咪唑使大鼠体重增加变快,而太洛龙则使之变慢。结果表明左旋咪唑为优。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to study the preventive action of levamisole on carcinoma of the esophagus. The pre-cancerous lesions of the esophagus are necessary transitional stage in processes of developing into carcinoma of the esophagus, so that precaution and treatmcnt of it are animportant preventive measures for carcinoma of the esophagus. The test carried out in 82 wistar rats, that models of precancerous lesions of the esophagus were induced by MANA. After the 105 days of experiment, Ievamisole was found to exert a significant inhibitory effct on precancerous lessions of the esophagus and decrease of quantity of MANA in serum of rats similar to tilorone, but, weight of rats was increased quickly by levamisole and slowly by tilorone. The results showed that levamisole is better than tilorone. |
