| 摘 要： | 符合中国精神病分类方案与诊断标准(CCMD-Ⅱ)情感性障碍躁狂症诊断标准的15例躁狂症病人随机分为异搏定组(8例),碳酸锂组(7例)。倍克—拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)和简明精神病量表(BPRS)为疗效评定工具。结果表明,异搏定组治疗前、第二周末及第四周末BRMS和BPRS分值无显著性差异。异搏定副作用为心电图改变、轻微胃肠道症状、血压降低、头昏、头疼及口干、鼻塞、视力减退等。认为异搏定不宜作为常规抗躁狂药物使用。

| Abstract: | In this paper fifieen patients which met CCMD—2 for mania diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into ver apamil group (n=8) and carbon lithium group(n=7). The effects of verapanil and carbon lithium were evaluated with BRMS and BPRS. The results indicated that there were no siggni—ficant differences in scores among the beginning of treatment, the end of the secnd week and the fourth week in verapamil group. The side effects of verapamil were abnormal EKGs, minimal gastric intestine reactions, hypotension, headache, etc. It is not suitable to treat mania with Verapamil. |
