| 摘 要： | 本文以8-MOP为模型药物,选用大白鼠离休鼠皮作实验用皮,在模拟Fraza式扩散池中研究Azone的透皮促进作用,探讨其透皮促进的最佳浓度。结果证明不同浓度的Azone溶液均可促进8—MOP的透皮吸收。但以4％的Azone溶液的透皮吸收相对最佳。

| Abstract: | 8--Mop was used as a model medicine. skins removed from the mice as experimental skin.The promoting effect of Azone on penetrating the skin was studied in a diff-usive pool of minetic type Fraza.The result shows that the solution Azone in different concentration are all able to promote the penetration and absorption of 8--Mop, and the best functional concentration of Azone was found to be 4%. |
