中枢神经系统疾病患者脑脊液NAG活性的临床观察

研究目的探讨脑脊液NAG活性变化与中枢神经系统疾病的关系。设计分别对化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)、结核性脑膜炎(结脑)、病毒性脑膜炎(病毒脑)和脑血栓形成等四组患者和对照者的脑脊液进行NAG活性测定,并对测定结果进行统计学处理。研究单位一附院检验科患者及其它参与者:本组患者共 57例,男30例,女27例,年龄3～60岁。其中化脑24例,结脑5例、病毒脑5例,脑血栓形成23例。对照者为无神经系统疾患的外科小手术患者,共12例,男10例,女2例,年龄18～25岁。处理方法取脑脊液0.1ml与10μmol/L对硝基—N—乙酰—β—D—氨基葡萄糖苷水溶液0.5ml混合置37℃水温中保存待测。测定及结果用分光光度法测定NAG活性,结果显示:化脑、结脑、病毒脑、脑血栓形成和对照组脑脊液NAG活性分别为9.9±6.2、4.5±2.6、3.7±2.0、3.9±化脑组CSF NAG活性有极显著性差异(P<0.001),其它组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论化脑患者脑脊液NAG活性明显升高。

CLINCAL OBSERVATION OF NAG ACTIVITY IN THE PATIENTS WITH CENTRAL NERVOUS DISEASES

Stody Objective To search the relationship between the chang of NAG activity in CSF and central nervous system diseases. Design The NAG activity in CSF of the patients with puruient meningitis, tubercu- lous meningitis, viral meningitis, cerebral thrombosis and control group are determined.The statistical treatments of measurement results are carried out. Setting Laboratory of first affiliated hostital. Patients and Other Partcipants There are 57 patients, 30 male and 27 female, the rnge of age is from 3 to 60 vearsold. Of them, there are 24 patients Wth purulent meningitis, 5 with tuberculous meningitis, 5 with viral meningitis, and 23 with cerebral thrombosis.The control group is made from 12 patients of slighter operation without cen- tral nervous system diseases. Of them, 10 male and 2 female. The range of age is from 18 to 25 yearsold. Interventions 0.1ml CSF was drawn, and mixed with 0.5ml water solution of 10цmol/LN--acetyl--B--D--aminoglucosidas and preserved at 37℃. Measurement and results The NAG activity had been determined by spectrophotometry.The results show that NAG activity in CSF of patients with purulent meningitis, tuberculous meningitis, viral meningitis and cerebral thrombosis and control groups are 9.9±6.2, 4.5±2.6, 3.7±2.0, 3.9±2.1, and 3.8±1.8цmol/ L respectively. The NAG activity in CSF of purulent meningitis group is significantly different compared with control group (P<0.001), and the other groups is not significantly differ- ent compared with control (P>0.05). Conclusion The NAG activity in CSF of the patients with purulent menigitis is higher obviously.
