10例脊椎嗜酸性肉芽肿X线分析

本文报告10例经手术病理证实的脊椎嗜酸性肉芽肿。该病的临床表现有脊柱后凸,瘫痪,疼痛和压痛。X 线片可见椎体溶解破坏和压缩,伴有椎旁软组织影。确诊有赖于病理检查。根据 X 线和临术特征讨论了与脊椎结核、转移性骨肿瘤、化脓性脊椎炎、椎体骨软骨炎及白血病的鉴别诊断。

X—RAY ANALYSIS OF 10 CASES WITH EOSIINOPHILIC GRANULOMA OF THE VERTEBRAE

10 cases with eosinophilic granuluma of the vertebrae proved by surgery and patholo- gy is reported.oThe clinical manifestations were kyphosis,paralysis,pain and tenderness of vertebrae.X—ray film revealed osteolytic destruction and collapse of vertebral body with paravertebral soft tissue shadow.The last diagnosis of the disease depend on pathologic examination.Differential diagnosis from tuberculosis of the vertebrae, mentastatic tumors,purulent spondylitis,osteochondritis of the vertebrae and leukemia were disc-ussed on the x—ray and clinical features.
