佛山市家禽从业人员人禽流感健康教育效果评价

目的 通过对预防人禽流感认知、态度及行为变化情况的调查,评估对家禽从业人员进行人禽流感健康教育干预的效果.方法 抽取佛山市五区12个家禽养殖、经营、屠宰和加工单位,做为高危人群人禽流感健康教育宣传试点单位,进行为期三个月的健康教育干预.干预前后采用问卷形式对家禽从业人员进行调查.结果 干预后受教育家禽从业人员人禽流感相关知识知晓率、积极态度持有率、行为形成率有不同程度的上升,绝大部分与干预前相比差异有统计学意义.结论 试点家禽从业人员人禽流感健康教育取得良好效果,下一步将在该人群中扩大健康教育的范围.

Assessment of results of health education on avian influenza in foultry raising workers in Foshan City

Objective To evaluate the effect of human avian influenza knowledge on poultry workers. Methods A three - months Human avian influenza health education for 165 poultry workers was held by health departments, agriculture departments and universities. Questionnaire surveys were conducted before and after health education. Results The knowledge, attitude and practice regarding human avian influenza among poultry workers was improved significantly after health education. Conclusion The cross - departments health education model is effective for enhancement of human avian influenza knowledge among poultry workers.
