新冠感染流行对湖南省儿童流感疫苗接种的影响分析

摘    要:目的分析2018—2021年新型冠状病毒感染(简称新冠感染)流行前后湖南省儿童流感疫苗接种情况,为提高流感疫苗接种率提供基础数据。方法通过湖南省免疫规划信息系统收集儿童流感疫苗接种信息,采用SPSS 25.0分析不同时间、年龄、地区接种率,统计学比较采用χ2检验。结果2018—2021年6月龄~17岁儿童流感疫苗接种数分别为387928剂次、587206剂次、1512607剂次、1114314剂次,其中新冠感染流行后的2020年较流行前的2019年增长幅度较大,增加了157.6%;当年10月至次年3月为流感疫苗接种高峰;接种率最高是湘东地区,湘西和湘北次之。1~10岁儿童流感疫苗第1、2剂接种率在9.14%~42.62%之间,其中,5、6岁组儿童第1剂接种率最高,接种率>40%。结论新冠感染流行后儿童流感疫苗接种率明显增加,接种高峰持续时间增加,但仍有待进一步加强。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the status of influenza vaccination among children in Hunan Province before and after the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic from 2018 to 2021, and to provide basic data for improving the influenza vaccination rate. Methods We collected the information on influenza vaccination of children through Hunan Immunization Program Information System. SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the vaccination rates at different times, ages and regions, and χ2 test was used for statistical comparison. Results The number of influenza vaccination in children aged 6 months to 17 years from 2018 to 2021 was 387,928 doses, 587,206 doses, 1,512,607 doses and 1,114,314 doses, respectively. The number of influenza vaccination after the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in 2020 increased by 157.6% compared with that before the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in 2019. The peak period of influenza vaccination was from October 2020 to March 2021. Eastern Hunan had the highest vaccination rate,followed by western Hunan and northern Hunan. The vaccination rates of the first and second doses of influenza vaccine in children aged 1-10 years ranged from 9.14% to 42.62%, of which the first-dose vaccination rate of children aged 5-6 years was the highest(>40%). Conclusion After the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic, the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine in children increasedsignificantly, and the duration of vaccination peak increased, too. However, vaccination work still needs to be furtherstrengthened.
