海南省不同职业人群新型冠状病毒疫苗接种情况与影响因素调查

摘    要:目的调查海南省不同职业人群新型冠状病毒疫苗(简称新冠疫苗)接种情况及其影响因素。方法2021年5月采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取240家企业和40家卫生系统单位进行问卷调查。对调查结果的单因素分析采用χ2分析,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果在7217名调查对象中,新冠疫苗已接种6944人(96.22%)。多因素logistic回归分析显示女性(OR=0.453,95%CI:0.347~0.591)、企业(OR=0.507,95%CI:0.354~0.727)、大专(OR=0.479,95%CI:0.344~0.667)和高中中专及以下学历(OR=0.387,95%CI:0.278~0.539)的职业人群疫苗接种积极度低。接种原因中认同度最高的是接种免费且便利、政府号召和单位组织,但单位组织和接种免费且便利对不同职业人群的影响差异无统计学意义。结论海南省不同职业人群新冠疫苗接种率较高,应针对不同类型的职业人群开展新冠疫苗相关知识宣教,进一步提高疫苗接种率。

SARS-CoV-2 vaccination status and its influencing factors among different occupational populations in Hainan Province

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and its influencing factors among populations with different occupations in Hainan Province. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among 240 enterprises and 40 medical and health institutions selected by a stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method in Hainan Province in May 2021. Chi-square test was employed for the single factor analysis of the survey results collected, and multi-factor logistic regression for the multi-factor analysis. Results Of 7,217 subjects surveyed, 6,944 (96.22%) had been vaccinated with SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that female staff (OR=0.453, 95%CI:0.347-0.591), enterprise staff (OR=0.507, 95%CI:0.354-0.727), staff with junior college degree (OR=0.479, 95%CI:0.344-0.667) and staff with high school, technical secondary school or below (OR=0.387, 95%CI:0.278-0.539) were lowly motivated to get the vaccines. The most recognized reasons for staff's willingness to get the vaccines were free and convenient vaccination, government policy and employers' organizing, but no statistically significant differences were found in the effects of being organized by employers and free and convenient vaccination among different occupational populations. Conclusion The vaccination rate of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in different occupational populations in Hainan Province was high. Publicity and education on knowledge about SARS-CoV-2 vaccines should be carried out among different types of workers so as to further increase the vaccination rate.
