| 摘 要： | 银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，研究显示银屑病皮损中存在多种调节性细胞死亡方式。不同的细胞死亡方式发生机制不同且对银屑病影响各异，细胞凋亡异常参与银屑病表皮角化不全，而坏死性凋亡等细胞死亡方式则影响银屑病的炎症状态。本文对不同的调节性细胞死亡方式与银屑病之间关系的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. Previous studies have shown that there are abundant regulated cell death modes in psoriasis lesions. Different cell death patterns own diverse mechanisms and have different effects on psoriasis. Aberrant apoptosis is involved in epidermal dyskeratosis of psoriasis, while necroptosis and other related cell death manners affect the inflammatory state of psoriasis. This review focus on the recent progress on the relationship between psoriasis and different modes of regulated cell death. |
