| 摘 要： | 生物钟是生命体各项生理活动的重要调节系统，迄今已有诸多研究揭示了生物钟紊乱与肿瘤发生发展的密切联系，前者可通过细胞周期、细胞凋亡、癌基因与抑癌基因、物质和能量代谢、肿瘤微环境等方面影响肿瘤发生发展。基于生物钟的时辰疗法也在恶性肿瘤中展现出良好的前景。本文旨在综述生物钟在恶性肿瘤中的作用及时辰疗法的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The circadian clock is a master regulator of organisms and it participates in various crucial physiological processes.So far various studies have confirmed a close relationship between circadian clock dysfunction and tumorigenesis as well as tumor progression.The circadian clock plays a critical role in tumor by cell cycle,apoptosis,oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,material and energy metabolism,tumor microenvironment.Circadian clock-oriented chronotherapy for malignancy shows promising prospects.This article aims to review the research progresses of circadian clock in malignancy. |
