中青年癌症患者术后复发恐惧现况及影响因素的横断面调查

目的 调查中青年癌症患者术后复发恐惧现况并分析其影响因素，为针对性预防和减少患者复发恐惧提供科学依据。方法 采取横断面调查研究，于2020年11月—2021年4月用一般资料调查问卷、恐惧疾病进展简化量表、自我感受负担量表对复旦大学附属肿瘤医院的362名中青年癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果 362名中青年癌症患者术后复发恐惧得分为（34.92±9.05）分；多元线性回归分析显示，心理负担、社会负担、家庭负担、经济负担、患者工作状态和疾病类型是影响中青年癌症患者复发恐惧的主要因素（P<0.01）。结论 术后中青年癌症患者复发恐惧较高。临床医务工作者应重点关注在职、高心理负担、高家庭负担、高经济负担和高社会负担的肝癌、胃癌及乳腺癌中青年患病群体并进行干预。

A cross-sectional survey of the current situation and influencing factors of postoperative recurrence fear in young and middle-aged cancer patients

Objective To investigate the status of postoperative fear of recurrence in young and middle-aged cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors in order to provide reference for further amelioration of fear of recurrence. Methods As a cross-sectional study， 362 young and middle-aged cancer patients from the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center were surveyed using general information questionnaires， fear of recurrence scales， and self-perceived burden scales from Nov 2020 to Apr 2021. Results The score of fear of recurrence of 362 young and middle-aged cancer patients after surgery was （34.92±9.05） points. Multiple linear regression analysis found that psychological burden， social burden， family burden， economic burden， patient working status and disease type were the main influencing factors of fear of recurrence （P<0.01）. Conclusion After surgery， young and middle-aged cancer patients had a higher fear of recurrence. Young and middle-aged patients with liver cancer， gastric cancer， and breast cancer who were working and with high psychological burden， high family burden， high economic burden， and high social burden should be provided with intervention measures by clinical workers.
