摘    要:2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)的大流行,引起了公众对冠状病毒前所未有的关注。鼠类等啮齿动物是许多病毒的天然宿主和储备库,其中也包括冠状病毒。啮齿动物的种类繁多,数量庞大,通常生活在家畜或人类附近,这增加了通过密切接触将病毒传播给人类的潜在风险。本文主要就冠状病毒的分类、基因组、结构以及啮齿动物所携带的冠状病毒流行情况进行系统阐述,并分析其跨种传播的风险,以深入了解啮齿动物携带的冠状病毒,为预防新发冠状病毒的发生和传播提供依据。

Abstract:The 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has brought unprecedented public attention to coronaviruses. Rodents are natural hosts and reservoirs of many viruses, including coronaviruses. Rodents are diverse and numerous, and often live near domestic animals or humans, thus increasing the potential risk of viral transmission to humans through close contact. Here, we systematically describe the classification, genome, structure, prevalence and risk of cross-species transmission of coronaviruses carried by rodents, to further understand the coronaviruses carried by rodents and provide a reference for the prevention of the occurrence and transmission of new coronaviruses.
