南通市新型冠状病毒疫苗分配及管理思考

摘    要:目的设计新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)疫苗分配方法,研究分析南通市新冠病毒疫苗的分配及管理策略情况。方法列举2021年3—8月南通市疾病预防控制中心对新冠病毒疫苗的测算分配方法,并对其分配策略进行探讨。结果2021年3—8月南通市新冠病毒疫苗共计分配数为1262万剂,人均分配疫苗1.63剂,标准差为0.12,疫苗周转率整体提高,疫苗系数趋于稳定,疫苗系统方差降低。结论南通市新冠病毒疫苗分配及管理策略效果良好,计划合理,保障了新冠病毒疫苗在各地区之间的公平分配,较好地满足了人群接种需求。

Abstract:Objective To design the distribution method of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, and to analyze the distribution andmanagement strategy for SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in Nantong City. Methods We listed the calculation and distribution methods of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines issued by Nantong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March to August 2021, and thendiscussed the distribution strategy. Results A total of 12.62 million doses of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine were issued from March to August 2021, with 1.63 doses per person and the standard deviation (SD) being 0.12. The turnover rate of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines increased, the vaccine coefficient was tending towards stability, and the variances of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine usage coefficient decreased by a large margin. Conclusion The strategy for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine distribution and management in Nantong City shows good results, and the vaccine planning is reasonable, which guarantees the fair distribution of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines among all regions and meets the needs of population vaccination.
