Research advances on the role of immunoglobulin in tumor immune microenvironment

The interaction between cancer cells and immune microenvironment has attracted extensive attention in the field of tumor therapy.Immunoglobulin has long been considered as a molecule synthesized and secreted by B lymphocyte.In recent years，researchers have carried out a series of studies in this field，proposed the concept of cancer immunoglobulin，and further explored its role in tumor microenvironment.This concept expands the traditional understanding of the source of immunoglobulin and is expected to become a new direction in cancer therapy.This review illustrates the research results of tumor immune microenvironment，B cell-derived immunoglobulin，cancer immunoglobulin as well as its application in cancer research，aiming to provide theoretical basis for the application of immunoglobulin in tumor therapy.
