化工园区突发中毒事件医学救援工作思考

化工行业具有高投入、高产出、高污染和高风险的特点,化工园区的建设使得原来的松散布局变为政府主导下的集中管理。在其建设过程中,要求统一规划、统一设计、生产工艺流程标准化、风险评估和风险防范以及医学救援标准化。即便如此,化工园区由于其产业的特点,发生泄漏、爆炸等事故风险依然存在。因此,各园区应制定相应的化学品中毒事件的应急救援体系。其中大型综合性医院作为医学救援基地,是承担突发中毒事件中伤员救治的主要机构,必须制定有效的应急预案和具备激增应急救治的能力,为中毒卫生应急医疗救援做好必要准备,以应对各种突发超出快速部署能力的事件。
