| 摘 要： | 目的 观察海群生对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者在ＬＴＣ４的影响。方法 将病人分３组测定血中ＰＡＦ，ＬＴＣ４，６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α和ＴＸＢ２的含量。结果 慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者血中这４种介质均显著增高，并伴有ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值失调，用海群生治疗３天前后患者ＬＴＣ４的改变不明显，结论 海群生对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者花生四烯酸酯酶途径代谢产物不产生影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of diethylcarbamazine on LTC4 in plasma of the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied with respiratory failure(PCPHDRF). MethodsThe patients were divided into 3 groups,and the levels of LTC4,TXB2,6KetoPGF1 and TXB2 were determined in those patients. Results The levels of serum LTC4,TXB2,6KetoPGF1 and PAF were markedly increased,and associated with TXB2/6KetoPGF1 abnormal in the PCPHDRF.After 3 days with the treatment of diethylcarbamazine,the changes of LTC4 of the PCPHDRF were not significant. Conclusion Diethylcarbamazine had no inhibiting effects on the products in the metabolic pathway of aracidonic acid lipoxygenase from the PCPHDRF. |
