海群生对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者花生四烯酸代谢产物的影响

摘    要:目的 观察海群生对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者在LTC4的影响。方法 将病人分3组测定血中PAF,LTC4,6-keto-PGF1α和TXB2的含量。结果 慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者血中这4种介质均显著增高,并伴有TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值失调,用海群生治疗3天前后患者LTC4的改变不明显,结论 海群生对慢性肺心病呼吸衰竭患者花生四烯酸酯酶途径代谢产物不产生影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of diethylcarbamazine on LTC4 in plasma of the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease accompanied with respiratory failure(PCPHDRF). MethodsThe patients were divided into 3 groups,and the levels of LTC4,TXB2,6KetoPGF1 and TXB2 were determined in those patients. Results The levels of serum LTC4,TXB2,6KetoPGF1 and PAF were markedly increased,and associated with TXB2/6KetoPGF1 abnormal in the PCPHDRF.After 3 days with the treatment of diethylcarbamazine,the changes of LTC4 of the PCPHDRF were not significant. Conclusion Diethylcarbamazine had no inhibiting effects on the products in the metabolic pathway of aracidonic acid lipoxygenase from the PCPHDRF.
